By creating an account or using AudioTranscriber.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

AudioTranscriber.pro provides AI-powered audio transcription and meeting report generation. The service processes audio files using third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, RunPod). Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed and may vary based on audio quality, accents, and background noise.

7. Limitation of liability

AudioTranscriber.pro is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions or availability of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.

3. Accounts & subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable use

• Transcribe audio without the consent of all participants
• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual property

• You retain full ownership of your audio files and transcriptions
• AudioTranscriber.pro retains ownership of the platform and software
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service

8. Refunds & cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests are handled case by case — contact us within 7 days of purchase
• Consumed credits are non-refundable

5. Third-party AI processing

You acknowledge that your audio and transcription data will be processed by third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, RunPod) as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to this processing.
