2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication information
- Audio files: uploaded for transcription (processed and deleted after transcription)
- Transcriptions & reports: stored in your account until you delete them
- Usage data: credit consumption, plan type, feature usage
- Payment data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never store card details
4. How we use your data
- Providing and improving the transcription service
- Managing your account and subscription
- Sending transactional emails (account, billing)
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your audio for AI model training
5. Data retention
- Audio files: deleted immediately after transcription processing
- Transcriptions & reports: retained until you delete them or close your account
- Account data: retained until account deletion
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, data portability, and withdraw consent. Contact: automateall.dev@outlook.com
7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
